Complete the order form with details of your purchases, name, address, phone number and carriage costs. To avoid credit card fraud we only at present take credit card payment by telephone (0116 260 1239). You can also post payment to us with a cheque or postal order (see below for our mailing address). We now accept Paypal via our shopping cart.
Normally we despatch orders within 7 working days of receipt. However we import many of our products direct from overseas and this may disrupt re-stocking so we ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there is likely to be a delay in despatch this may be noted on a product description or we will contact you to advise of this.

International shipping is at cost price, please request a quote prior to ordering.
If you require any items replacing (for example you require a different size or specification), please return them within seven working days of the day after receipt and enclose a note of your requirements.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please notify us in writing within seven working days from the date after you received the goods. The goods should be retuned to us immediately and on their return we will make a full refund for the value of the goods returned.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods, we recommend you insure the package and send it via 'Recorded' delivery. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty and we have failed to describe this fault.
Goods returned for refund or replacement must be unused and maintained in good condition with all labels and original packaging intact. Products returned for refund undamaged and working as described will be subject to a 40% restocking charge.
Please note, calls (e.g. duck, goose etc.) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene unless they prove to be faulty.
All prices quoted are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5%. The charges quoted only apply to sales through our website www.tidepool.co.uk.
